Possibly the craziest and ridiculous thing we ever made so far. Everything started when @ashthorp showed me a youtube video about the ACTC category, the popular stock car racing in Argentina where the big names Ford and Chevrolet are the protagonist.
Apparently, in recent years, the fan base is a bit concerned of the actual look of the cars making it impossible to distinguish one from the other.
So we thought it could be cool to bring back to this category two of the most iconic cars Camaro z28 and Mustang

Massive wheelbase getting that Nascar feeling instantly and completely new rear end with no tail lights and a small adaptive "duck" spoiler, as a nascar fan i love this kind of straightforward and simplistic design, just BRUTAL!!!

In this model particularly I combined corona AO + substance painter for the dirt,dust and decals on the carpaint, giving the flexibility to develop my shaders internally in 3dsmax / corona.

We use to start with a stock model ( turbosquid/ squir/ hum3d/ you name it...) then we start to sketch on top or directly do some rough polymodel on top... and build from there.
Nothing crazy as you can imagine but super important to establish early on the final goal.
